My name is Herwin Klompjan and I'm the owner of my brand "Dutch Karting".
Formula 1
I'm enthusiast for Formula 1 sport. I support Oracle Red Bull Racing. 2023 will be a great year for The Netherlands as we see our two F1 drivers in action: Max Verstappen (Red Bull) and Nick de Vries (Alpha Tauri). And of course I'm proud that as a small country we have two drivers of which one is already two times World Champion of the Formula 1.
set-up
The following gear I use for karting:
- Zamp FR4 helmet
- GoPro HERO 11 Black
- GoPro Max
- Sparco Prime K45 2022
- Extra GoPro batteries
- My own clothing line: cardigan, shirt, summer coat and winter coat
- SENA 50s communication set for conversation with my 2nd rider.
What I do
In daily life, I have a full-time job where I enjoy going there every day.
So recently I found out that I love recreational karting. In the future, I also think it would be fun to race karting.
Home base
I can usually be found at Kobalt Zwolle. This is my home base. If I am not karting, I sometimes visit Kobalt Zwolle to stand along the kart track and watch others karting. Or to have a chat with the crew.
